My Laptop was deemed un-repairable by another company so I turned to Herts IT Service Ltd. and they worked especially hard to repair my Laptop. They were very efficient and informative throughout the repair stage and returned it to full working order. I would highly recommend their service to anyone and would continue to use their services again if need be.

Thank you to Mike at Herts It Service Ltd for fixing my non-starting PC having been let down by PC World ("It's quite old, have you thought of buying a new one?" - grrrrr!). Mike picked up my machine, kept me in the loop about what he was investigating, talked me through the options and the costs and answered all my questions promptly. One reconditioned motherboard later, I am back on a proper device (I really can't cope with tablets for anything much!). Highly recommend his services and a big raspberry to PC World

Amazing, friendly service - Stress free - Herts IT is very efficient and makes the process very easy for the customer - My laptop was picked up from my front door, fixed to perfection and then dropped off at a time that suited me. Friendly updates were sent to me via text/email. Since being fixed, my laptop works amazingly to this day - They even cleaned it for free at no extra cost so it feels like my laptop is brand new again. I would never go to any other IT company now - From a lot of experience and laptop issues, I can safely say these guys are the best. Also great, honest pricing. Very professional and trust worthy. Wonderful and attentive service from the start. HertsIT could simply have not done enough. In fact, when I got a bit caught up on working out how my Cloud actually worked, the team were on hand - remotely- to talk me through each of the steps and to check that j had done it correctly.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for any IT work. So much so, that they will be upgrading the hard-drive on my AppleMac in the summer.
